All designs, including the ATHAR series, are original architectural works unique to LYADO. These designs are proprietary and protected under the Intellectual Property and Copyright laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or "copying" for commercial use is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to take legal action against any infringement.

The Arabic language is the primary reference for the interpretation of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
