At LYADO, we maintain a rigorous quality control process. Each architectural piece is hand-inspected, photographed, and documented before dispatch to ensure it meets our exacting design standards.
1. Right of Return & Exchange
In accordance with the Saudi Arabian E-Commerce Law, customers may request a return or exchange within seven (7) days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be in pristine, brand-new, and sellable condition.
2. Strict Condition of Return
To prevent "event-wear" and usage, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy:
- Micro-Inspection: All returned items undergo a microscopic inspection. Any signs of wear, micro-scratches, or the presence of perfumes/lotions will result in the immediate rejection of the return.
- Security Seals: If the signature security seal or "tamper-evident" packaging is broken or removed, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
- Original Packaging: All architectural boxes, certificates, and tags must be intact and undamaged.
3. Hygiene & Safety (Earrings)
In accordance with Saudi Arabian public health regulations:
- Earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the signature packaging has been opened, unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
4. Defects & Damaged Items
If an item is damaged during transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via our official contact channels with photographic evidence. Valid manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded in full, including shipping costs.
5. Shipping & Refunds
- Logistics: For "change of mind" returns within the 7-day window, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and logistics. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Timeline: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days after the item passes inspection.
6. Sterling Silver
Natural oxidation (tarnishing) is a natural characteristic of 925 Sterling Silver and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
