As a solo design studio, each LYADO piece is personally inspected and hand-packaged. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared with the necessary care before it is handed to the shipping company.
Domestic & International Shipping Once your order is handed over to our courier partners, the delivery timeframe is based on the shipping company’s operations and your location:
International Customs & Taxes
For global orders, any import duties, VAT, or local taxes incurred at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees are determined by your local authorities, not by LYADO or the shipping company.
